Terms of Service.
Effective Date: April 27, 2026
Before you claim your username and start dropping products, we have to lay down the ground rules. By using CreatorsFlow (the "Platform"), operated by Aman Goyal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, you can't use the Platform.
Who Can Use CreatorsFlow?
"You must be at least 18 (or have a parent's permission) and give us accurate info."
You must be at least 18 years of age to form a binding contract to use our monetization features. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Payments, Fees, and Taxes
"We connect you to Stripe and Razorpay so you can get paid. We don't hold your money, and you are responsible for paying your own taxes (like GST)."
CreatorsFlow integrates with third-party payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay) to facilitate transactions between you and your customers. CreatorsFlow is not a bank or a payment processor and does not hold your funds. You are subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party processors. You are entirely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes (including GST, VAT, or sales tax) resulting from your sales.
Acceptable Use (Don't Be Shady)
"Don't sell stolen stuff, illegal goods, or spam people. If you do, we will nuke your account."
You agree not to use CreatorsFlow to:
- Distribute illegal, infringing, or pirated digital products.
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or deceptive marketing practices.
- Upload content that contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account and revoke your custom username at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine you have violated these rules.
Intellectual Property (Your Content is Yours)
"You own your digital products and videos. We own the CreatorsFlow code and design."
You retain all ownership rights to the digital products, images, text, and media you upload to your profile ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant CreatorsFlow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute this content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. CreatorsFlow retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform's software, design, and branding.
Limitation of Liability
"If the site goes down for an hour or a payment gateway glitches, you can't sue us for lost sales."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorsFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to our servers; or (c) any failure of third-party services (including payment processors).
Governing Law
"We operate out of India. If there is a legal dispute, it gets handled here."
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
